FREE STANDARD SHIPPING when you spend over $80
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING when you spend over $150

Orders under $80 have a flat rate charge of $12.00 for Express Shipping, and $9.00 for Standard Shipping.

PROCESSING

  • We are a small business and most of our pieces are handmade to order, so please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed. We thank you for your understanding.

  • Please note, we do not process or ship orders on public holidays or weekends.

  • During busier sale periods, there may be delays of 1-2 business days. We will however keep you posted with a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. If you have any questions about your delivery at any time, please contact us at info@maracayjewellery.com

DELIVERY TIME

Please keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email, which will be sent to you in a separate email with a tracking number to track your parcel. If you believe you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folders before emailing us.

Once your order has left our facilities, it is in the hands of the shipping company. Any delays caused by the shipping company are not our responsibility. 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Standard shipping will take 1-3 business days to Metro areas within QLD and 2-5 business days to regional areas within QLD. Interstate orders to Metro areas will up to 3-6 business days and Regional interstate areas will take 3-10 business days.

Express shipping is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas - Perth CBD only). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, tracking updates may take some time to come through as well, as the order is being moved from hubs overseas.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES + CUSTOMS CHARGES

It is the customer's sole responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. 

We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit because of this. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. 
 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Maracay Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact our friendly customer service team within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly.

If you have any issues with entering your nominated delivery address during your checkout process, please contact our customer service team before proceeding your order so we can set up the account for you.
