MATERIALS & DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS

We are committed to reduce our environmental impact where possible. This is why maracay jewellery only utilises sustainable packaging. Our environmentally friendly packaging includes water base branded stamps, recyclable and reusable packaging materials. We also obtain our mailers from Australia Post as they are made out of recycled material

RECYCLABLE PACKAGING

The following packaging are made from 100% recyclable materials and therefore can be disposed in the recycling bins (yellow lid bins).

  1. Mail Box

  2. Water Activated Tape (adhered to mail box)

  3. Honeycomb Protective Paper Wrap

  4. Tissue Paper

  5. Carry Bags without the handles. Please remove the cord handles first and dispose in red lid bins.

  6. Thank you Cards with jewellery care and packaging disposal instructions.

  7. Gift Cards and the envelope in which they come.

REUSABLE PACKAGING

The following packaging is reusable and designed to protect jewellery. Even though this packaging can last a lifetime, if disposed, it can only be disposed in the general waste bins (red lid bins).

RECYCLED PACKAGING

maracay jewellery is packaged in Australia Post Satchels that are made from 80% recycled materials. These packaging can either be disposed at the general waste bins (red lid bins) or at the REDcycle bins at your local super market.
